The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy.
Join: Become a member of a grassroots organization with a century-long history of voter service and advocacy. With your annual dues, you become a member of the League of Women Voters of the United States (LWVUS), League of Women Voters of Maryland (LWVMD), League of Women Voters of the National Capital Area (LWVNCA) and League of Women Voters of Prince George's County (LWVPGC).
Donate: Support the all-volunteer LWVPGC with a non-tax-deductible contribution toward general operations or make a tax-deductible donation to the LWVPGC Education Fund or the Thelma Boyd and Dorothy Ginter Scholarship Fund.
